HEAVY DUTY AEROSOL
For demanding tasks and harsh environments
Heavy Duty Liquid Lanolin is a food-grade industrial lubricant that delivers enduring long-lasting corrosion resistance and lubrication for moving parts and assemblies, suitable for both steel and treated or untreated surfaces. Additionally, it revitalises rubber and plastic seals and gaskets while protecting electrical systems, accommodating both high and low voltages (non-conductive up to 70kV).

Content
The formulation begins with natural lanolin grease being dissolved into an evaporative carrier, allowing it to flow easily, penetrate deeply, and coat surfaces uniformly. After application, this carrier is designed to evaporate within roughly one hour at ambient temperature, leaving behind a thin, protective microfilm of natural lanolin wax.
To propel the liquid mixture, carbon dioxide (CO₂) is used as the aerosol propellant. As a non-combustible gas, CO₂ offers a safer and more stable alternative to traditional LPG propellants, which are highly flammable and tend to dilute the product due to their higher propellant ratios.
For optimal usability, the can is fitted with an all-directional spray valve and a dual-purpose (twin-task) nozzle. This design ensures a smooth, consistent spray pattern and uninterrupted discharge of liquid lanolin even when the aerosol is used at various angles.

Usage illustration
- Industrial and Marine Defense: Exhibiting unparalleled resistance to moisture, salt and acids, it provides lubrication and effectively counters corrosion under the most severe corrosive conditions.
- Deep Penetration Capability: Infiltrates crevices to robustly defend the core structure, ideal for wire ropes, steel chains and roller chains, ensuring prolonged corrosion protection and lubrication.
- Electrical Component Safety: Non-conductive up to 70kV, suitable for safeguarding electronic parts, connectors, battery terminals, circuit boards, outboard motors, pumps and more.
- Natural Anti-Seize Solution: Incorporates a spray on anti-seize formula, standing as the most natural and effective anti-seize solution. Suitable for use in sensitive operational environments.
- Material Rejuvenation: Extends the life and restores the condition of vinyl, plastic, rubber, leather, fibreglass and powder-coated surfaces.

Usage Guidelines
- Corrosion Inhibitor: Heavy Duty Liquid Lanolin can be sprayed onto corroded surfaces to halt further corrosion.
- Optimal Application Conditions: Achieves best results when applied to surfaces that are clean and dry.
- Compatibility with Oil: Soluble in oil, allowing for application on parts with light oil lubrication without the need for removal.
- Safety Precautions: Prior to the carrier’s evaporation (about one hour), remove any sources of ignition, voltage and flame.
- Preparation for Use: Prior to each use, thoroughly shake the aerosol can to ensure a uniform lanolin mixture.
- Drying Time: Allow for approximately an hour of drying time before exposure to water.
